Where are you located?

Our address is 25341 Madison Avenue suite #104. This is on the corner of Murrieta Hot Spring and Madison Avenue, across the street from Walmart, same parking lot as the Denny’s in Murrieta and the 7/11 gas station. We are in between the dentist office and the smoke shop.

How much is it to fix my device?

Price for repairs vary by device and by the issue that it has. You may consult our Prices page or our Contact info to see if we posted the price for your device or to reach out to one of our technicians for help identifying the device and cost for your situation.

I don’t know what is happening with my device, what can I do?

In these situations we recommend that you bring in the device for a free diagnosis of the issue. this allows us to become familiar with the device and what exactly is causing the device to not function as intended. The diagnosis are free of charge and are usually concluded within a few hours for simple issues. More complicated issues can take longer however you will always get a range of what time is expected when you drop off the device.

I suspect my device may be liquid damaged, what can I do?

The most important step with water damaged devices is to turn off the device, If possible bring it in so we can open it and dry it out. Once the device is in our technicians can do a diagnosis to find a solution the damage.
